Nitron Street Series 1-way adjustable

Nitron Street Series have been offering high performance and exceptional value for money for over 10 years.

Designed and developed by Nitron, the shocks use gas-monotube technology. This means they offer a distinct performance advantage over the many twin-tube based products on the market in this price bracket; with significantly reduced weight, increased responsiveness, and class-leading fade resistance.

The Street Series kit has one damping adjuster that alters both bump and rebound damping. The shocks are billet machined from lightweight aluminium and come with spherical bearing ends and Nitron’s proven low friction sealing system.

As a more road orientated kit, the Nitron Street Series are valved and sprung accordingly to give optimal body control without any undue harshness. For customers using their car predominantly for track days Nitron would still recommend the renowned NTR range of shocks due to their increased control and fade resistance.

The standard spring rates for this kit are 275 lbs/" front, 350 lbs/" rear. Custom spring rates are not available as an option but can be retro-fitted with any standard 2.25" race coils. As with all NTR kits, the NSS come with a two year warranty.

Fast Road (40mm Piston) 1-way adjustable

The Fast Road is the entry level NTR shock available as a 1-way adjustable damper. This shock is popular with predominantly road-use customers who drive hard and fast; demanding the best from the chassis but require a degree of comfort. Softer valving and springs combined with the ability to run at original ride heights (and slightly lowered if required) result in a great road shock with superb all-round capabilities. As this shock is part of the NTR range it will perform consistently during a week of blasting round the Nurburgring if required and can be rebuilt to any of the other NTR specifications in the future.

The kit comprises four 1-way adjustable dampers with fitted springs. The single adjuster knob affects both bump and rebound for simple setup with a road-biased spec. These shocks are designed to run inverted for reduced unsprung mass and therefore optimum performance. Dampers are delivered preset with a full compliment of bearing spacers ready to fit to the car.

The standard spring rates for this kit are 400 lbs/" front, 475 lbs/" rear.

Club sport (40mm Piston) 1-way adjustable

This is our standard track focused shock, produced for the driver who regularly enjoys track days or competes, but perhaps still needs to use their car occasionally on the road. Designed to be run at a lower ride height and featuring stiffer springs and valving. Available as a 1-way adjustable.

The kit comprises four 1-way adjustable dampers with fitted springs. The single adjuster knob affects both bump and rebound for simple setup with a track-biased spec. These shocks are designed to run inverted for reduced unsprung mass and therefore optimum performance. Dampers are delivered preset with a full compliment of bearing spacers ready to fit to the car.

The standard spring rates for this kit are 450 lbs/" front, 525 lbs/" rear.

Race (46mm Piston) 2-way adjustable

Our NTR 46mm Race shocks have competed in hundreds of races and benefit from a decade of evolution. Run on the original factory GT3 Exiges, these shocks have been honed to perfection and use Nitron’s very best parts combined with an unrivalled development program.

Using the superior 46mm piston from the RacePro range of NTR shocks; this kit is designed for serious race use and has been adopted (where regulations permit) in almost every Lotus race series around the world. The kit comprises four 2-way adjustable dampers with fitted springs. Tailored to high-profile drivers, the NTR Race shock’s performance is achieved through accurate control of its 2-way independent damping. Instant feedback is transmitted from the wheels, allowing the limits of traction to be confidently explored. These shocks are designed to run inverted for reduced unsprung mass and therefore optimum performance. Dampers are delivered preset with a full compliment of bearing spacers ready to fit to the car.

The standard spring rates for this kit are 600 lbs/" front, 800 lbs/" rear. The kit comes with helper springs front and rear with increased rear wheel droop for extra cornering grip.
